What we collect when you join the Reset

When you sign up for the free 7-Day Self-Trust Reset, we store your first name and email address, along with basic attribution details about how you arrived (for example, a Pinterest campaign tag) and the page URL you signed up from.

Why we collect it

• To give you access to the free Reset.
• To occasionally send practical self-trust content and updates from Be Better Daily.
• To understand which content brings people here, so we can create more of what helps.

We do not sell your information. Subscriber records are stored in a managed, access-controlled database and are not readable by site visitors.

Your journal responses stay on your device

Everything you type inside the 7-Day Reset—your reflections, notes, and completion progress—is saved using your browser's local storage. It stays on your device. It is never uploaded to our database, never sent to analytics, and never seen by us. Clearing your browser data, or using the “Start the Reset over” button, permanently deletes it.

We also use short-lived session storage to remember campaign tags from your link while you browse.

Analytics

This site currently runs no third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, this page will be updated first, and any required consent controls will be added.
